Arson, Murder And Robbery In Philippines TOKYO RADIO REPORT Rec. noon. WASHINGTON, July 24. Tokyo radio reports that the remnants of the American forces in the Philippines are still carrying on guerilla warfare, committing arson, murder and robbery. The guerillas are operating from the jungles of Luzon, Mindanao and other islands. Filipino prisoners of war are being held as hostages until the population shows signs of readiness to collaborate.
