New York Precautions Against Air Bombardment. COUNTER-INVASION PLANS. (Reed. 1 p.m.) NEW YORK, Sept. 19, The Mayor Mr. F. LaGuardia, am nounced that the New York City authors ties have surveyed buildings with a view to possible aerial bombardment. They now know where it is vulnerable an 4 where to send inhabitants for safety. The authorities have also planned means of transporting troops through New York to New England, which is the region most likely to be used by *n invader.
