NORWEGIANS , WAR EFFORT. (Reed. 2 p.m.) HALIFAX, Sept, 19. The chief medical officer of the Norwegian Overseas Forces,' Dr. Liev Kreyberjr. stated that many Norwegian ships in Canada and the West Indies were being armed for patrol and convoy duty. Three hundred airmen were training at Toronto and 100 'planes had been ordered. Norway was financing all this.
