TUB FAMILY'S DETRACTORS.
"Modern Mother* icenw to n» «•- twhed over the nasty remark* the Sμ had pwed over her «nd her kbi«. 8 file m wJ*e, an* «fa* seem* very penciMe, •he wiR treit them as vapouring* from vacant end unhealthy mind*, *nd for. «tt them. Moet mothers of three or more children have that to put np with, and find *fter -a while that they are ia the main caused fcy jealousy. Womea who cannot have ejrihtren, or who am not in « state of health to make it wipe, #oldom p«a« any remark*. "Modem Mother" can lie «mre that the woman who called her «tfi*gu*ting" is probaNj so disgusting herself that *he is not fit to be a mother, should such an arcident occur. Some women get very annoyed if another remains y<*un«r and hae a' family, and think it 'smart to sneer at early marriages and family life. Baring ■been married before I mis twenty, and having committed the crime of having seven babies, I know how these remark* can hurt. I don't entertain anyone in my home who tries to insert then* poison into my life, and -would enjjjrert that Mother" turn all «neh from her door and lock it, if n»ueuj*iy, to keep them out. When one is young and healthy is the time to marry and rear a family, not when one is {retain? old and marries to have a home instead" of going: out to work. You have your own life to live, "Modern Mother," so ptit your hu«band and balnea firet and let the rest of the world mind its own business, if able to. Then you will never regret either your marriage or ■ your babies. They jrrow up »o soon. A" HAPPY MOTHER.
