TRAM TROUBLE.

The trannvajmen are yet again dissatisfied -with their job and their -wage*. Well, why dont they quit the job if they don't like it? They we every means to get the job and then continually moan. Why aren't young Women doing that easy joT» in wartime! It's a "cissy" job for % man at any time, and if women were conductors they •would no doubt give women and children a better run and not start the ear off before women and children are eafely aboard (and ibeinjj women they might s*weep the floor, too). If tram fares are raided the public has an easy remedr. Juet let the public hold out and walk for a month and eee how the fares and service would be made agreeable. All the public lacks is grit. SOOTTY.
