HOP FROM NOUMEA. BIG PASSENGER LIST. Making the first passenger flight of the South Pacific air service PanAmerican Airways* American Clipper, which reached Noumea at 5.5 o'clock yesterday afternoon, left there at 7.33 o'clock. Xew Zealand time, this morning and arrived at Auckland early this afternoon. Captain Kenneth Beer was in command. Several of the passengers, of whom there are 17 on the final stage of the flight, will continue to Australia by Tasman Empire Airways' service tomorrow. The American Clipper also has a quantity of mail and freight for Xew Zealand and some for Australia. The following are among the passengers: —Mrs. Anna Register. Miss Ann Register, Miss Elizabeth Stuart, Miss Barbara Welch, Miss Clara Adams. Messrs. F. Emerson. Melton Untermeyer, a Xew York stockbroker, W. S. Robinson, of Melbourne;- William Hock. Julius Rapoport, H. L: Stuart, a Chicago hanker, and James McVittic. Miss Adams is a regular "first-flighter" and lecturer, who intends to lecture on Xew Zealand after her return to the United States. The Clipper will probably leave on her return flight on Wednesday."
