ANNUAL MEETING HELD. MR. J. TWOHILL RE-ELECTED PRESIDENT. (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent) THAMES, this day. The annual meeting of the Thames Trotting Chil) took place on Saturdayevening, Mr. J. Twoliill presiding. The following officers were elected:— Patron, Mr. T. W. Rhodes; president, Mr. James Twohill; vice-president?, Messrs. B. Faithfull, 11. Lowe, J. McCormick and E. Watson; stewards, president, vice-presidents, Messrs. C. J. Garland, Q. Buehan, G. Smith, W. Bongard, H. G. Bryan, J, H. Hudson, 11. E. Harden, J. Bailey, E. McLoughlan, T. G. Tizard, H. Dent and J. Casey. The four retiring members of the committee were re-elected, Messrs. D. Mack-, J. Kidd, E. Kelley, E. B. Tizarfi. The committee elected the following officials:—Judge, Mr. E. V. Sutherland; handicapper, Mr. G. Paul; starter, Mr. H. Shaw, clerk of course, Mr. J. MeCormick; clerk of scales, Mr. E. Whitehead; timekeepers, Messrs. A. P.-Buick and P. Corbett: judicial committee Messrs. A. G. Mabee, T. W. Rhodes, P Faithfull, A. E. L. Dodd and A. St,eed.man; lion, veterinary surgeon, T>. Marshall, M.R.C.V.S.; lion, veterinary advisor, Mr. Arris; surgeon, Dr v J. B. Ligghis; gear steward, Mr. J. Doherty. It was decided to adhere to the. lefthand way of racing, and to. increase the secretary's remuneration.
