THE LIST OF WINNERS. (By Telegraph.—Special to ".Star.") WHANGAREI, this day. The ladies' golf tourney this week proved a great success. The weather on the first day was perfect, but the last : two days " were marred by heavy showers. The winners were: — North Auckland Championship.—Miss Stone (Whangarei); runner-up, Miss Stewart (Titirangi). .. Best Gross Score, qualifying round.— Miss Stone (Whangarei). Eighteen-hole Medal, first day. —Miss Stone (Whangarei). Nine-hole Bogey Handicap.—Mrs Ramsay (Whangarei). Eighteen-hole Bogey Handicap.—Mrs. Ward (Whangarei). Nine-hole Play Match—Mrs. Ward (Whangarei). Second Eighteen-hole Medal Match.— Miss Duder (Titirangi). Canadian Foursomes. — Mesdamea O'Leary and Spinley (Titirangi). Putting.—First day, Mrs. Stewart (Whangarei); second day, Mrs. Gardner (Whangarei); third day, Mrs. Shroff (Maungakielcie). Best Putting, Tournament. —Mrs. Reynolds (Whangarei). In the championship final yesterday Miss Stone played excellently to defeat Miss Stewart, a more experienced player, two up.
