TOWN PROPERTY SOLD.

» BLOCK IN MORRINSVILLE. (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) MORRINSVILLE, this day. One of the biggest land sales in Morrinsville's history was transacted during the week, when, Wallace Supply Stores purchased a section on the corner of two of the busiest streets in the town, formerly owned by the estate of N. P. Jack (Whangarei). The section has a frontage of 40ft to the main street, and a depth of 90ft. Although the price has not been divulged, it is stated to be very satisfactory. It is understood that Wallace Supplies propose erecting a two-storey brick building.
