THREE ARRESTS.
Two Men And Woman Captured For Alleged Hold-up. £884 RECOVERED. (Received 30.30 a.m.) SYDNEY, this day. Detectives this morning arrested two men and a woman in a house at Glebe and recovered £SS4, which they allege is the greater part of the money stolen from the Norco Butter Company. The woman had the money concealed under her nightdress. The man and his son were charged with robbery under arms, and the woman with receiving. Two bandits, wearing masks, bailed up Mr. John Eddington. assistant accountant of the Norco Co-operative, Ltd., on Wednesday. After binding him to a chair they topk keys rrom his pocket and opened the safe, taking with them £925. Mr. Eddington was working alone late when the robbers mad« their appearance. They presented a revolver and ordered him to sit in a chair. They then tied him hand and foot, and looted the safe, leaving immediately afterwards. Mr. Eddington struggled free and telephoned to the police. Cheques to the value of £3000 in another drawer were overlooked.
