HAMBURG, September 23,

Seven aeroplanes carried out tests with a fog producing apparatus yesterday. A solid wall of white cloud enveloped the air port and motor card approaching it stopped as the drivers were unable to see two yards in front. After twelve minutes the apparatus was stopped and the fog drifted to sea. It is considered possible to screen effectively the whole countryside or coast line.
