ANGLO-RUSSIAN RELATIONS
(Australian and N.Z. Press Association) LONDON, September 23. The Soviet's representative at Paris, Dovgalevsky, is due to arrive in London from the "French capital to-day to resume his conversations with the Foreign Secretary. Mr. Arthur Henderson, on Anglo-Rus-sian relations. The Moscow correspondent of the British United Press says Rykoff, President of the Republic, in an address to the Congress of Soviets, emphasised that M. Dovgalevsky. Dovgalevsky's authority is strictly limited to questions of procedure. He attacked the Mac Donald Government, saying it was playing a dubious game of catching Labour votes and the goodwill of the Conservatives at the same time.
