NO NEWS OF RESCUING TUG,

COLOMBO, September 23,
No message about the stranded German steamer Hochst or the tug Hercules, which is racing to its rescue, had been received up to sis to-night. It is expected that the Hercules has-been delayed by heavy seas off ilinicoy Island.
