From Auckland she went to Wellington, New Plymouth, Sydney, Newcastle, Rockhampton, and Townsville, where she unloaded the remainder of her case oil cargo. Afterwards the vessel proceeded to Nauru Island to load phosphates for Australia. When the Kinross was at Auckland Captain H. Pattison was in command, and the following were the officers:— Chief, Mr. W. Gilchrist; second, Mr. J. R. Copping; chief engineer, Mr. T. Torgerson; second, Mr. G- L. Granger; third, Mr. H. C.
