LIBERAL CONFERENCE.
ANTI-PROTECTION MOTION. (British Official Wireless (Received 12 noon.) RUGBY, October 3. The agenda of the Liberal Party Conference, which opens at Yarmouth next week, was issued to-day. -It is anticipated that the most important debate will be on the resolution protesting against the Customs duties imposed under the Safeguarding of Industries Act and pledging the Liberal party "To sweep away all protective taxes and take the lead in the world movement for the removal of commercial barriers."
