Numerous racing enthusiasts joined the dance at the Click Clack on Saturday evening, when exhibition items were provided by Mr. Clyde Howley and Mr. Alan Brown. Among numerous pretty frocks worn were: Miss Leon McCall, shell pink and rose velvet, uneven hem; Miss Rae, royal blue sequin frock; Miss Walker, black taffeta» Miss E. Baily, wistaria georgette and silver lace; Miss Granger, blue floral taffeta; Miss Davys, black and silver lame: Miss V. Meredith, figured tissue; Miss Powell, black ring velvet, apple green spray; Miss C. Peterson, white embossed georgette, uneven fur hem; Miss Mavis Meredith, almond green georgette appliqued in flowers; Miss Denton, white georgette worked in cyclamen; Miss E. Markham, apricot satin; Miss Kloss, flowered embossed georgette; Miss Murray, pastel blue and pink Miss E. Bailey, lilac georgette and silver sprays; Mrs. L. Hughes, ivory chiffon over "silver tissue; Miss B. Markham, apricot ninon and shoulder flowers; Miss McGilpen, period frock of black and gold; Mrs. MeCallum, ivory chiffon over sage green satin; Miss G. Pyke, <rold tissue gown; Miss Higgins, cerise chiffon and gold; Miss Montgomery, lemon and silver tissue; Mrs. Collins, black lace and taffeta.
