SUCCESSFUL YEAR REPORTED,

At the annual meeting of tlio South Island Motor Union Mutual Insurance Association held to-day tho report showed that the past year's operations had been very satisfactory.
Premium and income, less returns and reinsurances, was £10,230, and claims, less reinsurances, amounted to £2(516. L. Minson. were reelected.
