SUDDEN DEATH.

COLLAPSE OF YOUNG WOMAN. The death occurred suddenly last evening of Miss Muriel Barton, aged 27, oldest daughter of Mr. S. H. Barton, of Papatoetoe. About 6 o'clock Miss Barton visited a chemist's shop at Papatoetoe, where she collapsed, dying shortly afterwards. An inquest was opened this afternoon. Miss Barton had been employed in the town clerk's office at Papatoetoe. She was well known in musical circles in that district, being an accomplished pianiste.
