BLENHEIM, this day.
Nine hundred gallons of petrol, to be used by the Southern Cross on the flight from Blenheim to Sydney, arrived this morning, together with special pumping gear to fuel the 'plane.
LEAVING WIGBAM ON FRIDAY
(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, this day. Squadron-Leader Kingsford Smith telegraphed from Rotorua to-day that he will leave Wigram aerodrome for Blenheim at two o'clock next Friday in the Southern Cross.
