ANOTHER AERO CLUB.
ENTHUSIASM IX WANG AX LI. (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) WANGANUI, this day. The flight over Wanganui by Squad-don-Leader Kingsford Smith and his companions last Monday, and their coming visit to this city, have given a tremendous impetus to the interest in aviation. A suggestion made that an Areo Club be formed has met with such a response that the formation of a strong club is already practically assured. The proposal was referred to at the annual meeting of the Wanganui Amateur Athletic Club. The president said one did not" need much invagination to conceive that what had been achieved in aviation would be nothing to the achievements of the future. It afforded a great avenue for enterprising young men. A motion approving the proposal to form ari Aero Club, and promising all possible support, was carried enthusiastically.
