CYCLING.

ONEHTJJfGA CYCLING CLUB. The annual meeting of the Onehunga Cycling and Touring Club was held at Holmes' Hall, Onehunga, last evening. Mr. i£. V. Sutherland presided over a good attendance. The annual report congratulated members on the success attained by the club last season. The club held 40 club runs, including a delightful trip to Kotorua, and in additino there were also several moolight runs and fishing excursions. It was worthy of note that one member attended no loss than 37 of the runs. The financial members numbered SS: an Increase of sixteen on the previous year. The receipts totalled £45 14/, and the expenditure £46 10/6. There was no liability, and the club had a balance of £xl 10/1 on the right side of the ledger. The expenditure this season would not be so heavy. The report and balance-sheet were adopted. It was decided to open the season with a club run on Ntfv. 23. It was also decided to attend the Auckland Cycling Club's opening run on Nov. 16. The following officers were elected:—Patron, Mr. A. M. Myers: president, Mr. R. T. Michaels; vice-presidents. Messrs. W. J. Sayers, 1. Lomas, J. J. Kussell, C. Baker, sen.. .W. G. ttae, Ernest Sutherland, Chas. Babley, J. Park, K. G. Allsworth, W. Whyte; captain, X. H. Pardlngton; vice-captain, J. Klchardson; hon. secretary and treasurer, S. H. Brooking; committee, Messrs. F. Kavanagh, J. Fletcher, F. Roget, H. Sayers; handlcapper, 12. V. Sutherland.
