Mr. Black complains prin- a cipally of an "unwarranted use of his « name in a prospectus." Permit mc to " say that no prospectus has been issued, t and Mr Black's name has only been used 1 in a report to corroborate what our * prospector, Mr A. Vowles, has stated ' To Mr Vowles Mr Black stated, when v prospecting on the property, that it was i simply a "mountain of ore," a stat~- " ment which is further made in his re- ' port.
