It is reported that the Revolutionary Committee in St. Petersburg lias sentenced to death no less tlfau fourteen reactionaries. These include tiie Grand Duke Vladimir, the eldest of the uncles of the Czar, who was held to have been mainly responsible for the events cf Black Sunday, General Trepaff, the tyrannical GevemorGeaeral of St. PsteTsbarg, and the Dowager Empress.
