REJOICINGS AT ODESSA.
MOSCOW'S LEFT-HANDED MESSAGE.
(Received 7.23 a.m.)
LONDON, February 20
The "'.Standard's" correspondent at the Black Sea port of Odes.sa reports that among no class has there been any expression of sorrow for the murder ot the Grand Ihike Sexgrus. or ol" rpprobation of the action of the assassin.
This correspondent adds that some difficulty has been' predated to the police by the unseemly demonstrations of joy over the event, which had stimulated the agitation for reform, and for the obliteration of the Grand Ducal influence.
The correspondent of "The .Standard" at Moscow states that the vote of condolence agreed upon by the municipalities of that city confines itself to eulogisiriT the virtue of the Grand Duchess Elizabeth, bat does not so much as affect to deplore the death of her huibanci.
