MERCILESS METHODS AT WARSAW.
Forty-Six Mea Executed. (Received 5.31 a.m.) BERLIN, February 15. The authorities are adopting the most merciless methods of repression at Warsaw. No less than 46 men have been hanged at. the citadel for participating in street disturbances in the Polish capital.
