Sixt**m Schoolboys Shot Dead.

LONDON, February 15
The St. Petersburg- correspondent of the "Morning Post" recounts a deplorable outrage during the recent riots at Saxatoff, in South Central Russia.
A number of schoolboys, he says, were fixed upon by the Russian soldiers, and sixteen were shot dead.
