STORMY MEETING OF ZEMSTVOS.
Kali Cleared T>y Troops. (Received 5.31 a-m.) ST. PETERSBURG, February 15. A meeting of Zemstvos at Veronieh. was of a most stormy cnaracter.
Revolutionary cries were heard, and the disorder was such that a detachment of troops was sent, and cleared the hall in which the representatives were assembled.
