POVERTY BAY.
(From our own Correspondent.) This day. The East Xf oast District.
Mr Kelly, the East Coast member, is agitating to get a member for Poverty Bay, and is getting a petition up for that purpose. He hopes, of course, by this means to secure his re-election. Mr Kelly claims kudos for the petition, but is due to the settlers.
