(Before Thomas Beckham, Esq., B.M ) JUDGMENTS FOR PLAINTIFFS.

S. Rout v. H. Granville, £3 Bs, board and lodgings ; Isaac Levy v. Walter Williamson, £2 14s 9d, judgment summons, month allowed to pay ; J. H. Hanson v. W. Campbell, £3 14s iGd, load of hay, £2 9s Gd had been accepted out of Court, and Mr Thorue asked for his fees. The Court said he must sue for them.

Claim, 20. damages. This was ati action by the proprietor of the Queen's Ferry Hotel for damage sustained to his wall through water proceeding from defendant's tank on to the wall during the past six months. Messrs Brookfield and J. B. Russell appeared for plaintiff, and Mr Hesketh for the defence

There were no less than twelve witnesses subpeenad. It was finally ananged that the matter should be left for settlement to Mr. James Baber, architect, costsUo follow the award. Several cases were settled out of Court, and the case of Logan v. Wyllie and Mack, claim, £36 Gs. 2d., was adjourned until next Couit day.
