A true bill was found by the grand jury against the proprietors of the Daily Tdegraph, also S. Grigg, publisher, and R Ince, editor.
Mr Cornford defends Mr Grigg. It is rumoured that he will ask for an ad jonrnment for three days to obtain evidence Gngg pleads justification.
