The challenge for the cutter Mercury to sail round the Watchman, off Cape Colville, for a sum of £40, was taken up yesterday by the Sovereign of the Seas ; and at half-past 11 o'clock this morning the two vessels started, the Sovereign taking the lead. As they will probably have a a dead beat back, they will not return before some time to-morrow morning.
