ST. PAUL'S PAROCHIAL MEETING.

The annual meeting of parishioners was held last evening. The report of the vestry was read and adopted, the principal subjects mentioned, being,—the necessity of compelling more prompt payment of pew rents, —the fact that the Sunday school was in a flourishing condition, — that the school-house has been put into repair,—that the parsonage required reshingling,—and that tho financial condition of th§ jygj?^ was satisfactory. Officers for the ensuing year were appointed, and a committee selected to report to a parish meeting the best and most suitable hymnal for use in.St. Paul's church. Thanks were given to the retiring officers, the organist and choir, and to the rev. chairman, and the meeting separated.
