armed last evening to a full house. P. Morton Tavares is, without doubt,
highly talented and accomplished actc-: The part allotted to him was acted perfection; all his scenes being rendert with great judgment. As Lady Gi Spanker, Mrs Walter Hill is not to t j excelled ; the remainder of the parts wei faithfully rendered. The comic busiues ~ of the pantomime concluded the pei formance ; but, previous to this aver interesting ceremony took place—that j . presenting the prizes for the Caledonia j Games, by Mrs Walter Hill to the sue j cessful competitors. The prizes, including \ a neat and tastful silver cup, presented h the Prince of Wales Theatre, to Mr Skellit the winner of the mile race. Each presentation was followed by rapturous applause. Some of the youthful recipients of prizes came in fof a double share of \ honour, namely, a kiss from the fair dis-
