Nelson Regatta—For the Professional Pairs tho Napi Napi was first; the Firefly, second In the Professional Whaleboat race, the Clio was Ist; the Tito Kowaru, 2nd; Phantom, 3rd. Tito led, but the Clio fouled her. Logan protested, but the decision was given in favor of the Clio. In tho Amateur Whaleboat Race, Tito Kowaru won by half a mile. Tho Queen, the second boat, protested against Edmonds as coxswain, but the protest was disallowed. The Wellington boats withdraw from all the other races in consequence of the number of protests entered by the Nelson boats. Logan put forth a challenge to pull the Clio for £35 at 6 o'clock the following morning. 8 o'clock.—Challengo race does not come off" in the morning.

The Taranaki leaves at forenoon.
