Evening- Star Office, Monday afternoon. Mr. George Sibbin sold at bis mart to-day 100 boxes oranges (ex Hero, from Sydney), from 7s to 7s 3d per box. Messrs. C. Arther and Son held a sale of fruit ex Hero, from Sydney. There was a good [attendance, and the following prices were realised S—Apples, 2^d to 3£d per lb ; lemons, Is to Is lOd per dozen ; pears, 8s per case.
Messrs. Coohra.no and-Son sola" at their mart, to-day, the following properties by order of the mortgagee :—Part of lots of the subsections 13, 14, and 15 of section 54, City of Auckland, 30 feet frontage to Howe-street, with the buildings thereon erected, £110. Lot 18, of the sub -section of allotments 18, 19, and 20, section 54, City of Auckland, 33 feet frontage to Somerset Place, with the buildings thereon erected, £65.
