THE NEW REEF IN THE
GOLDEN CROWN,
THE ALBURNIA
THE CALEDONIAN. — SPECIMENS.
Gbahahstown, noon. The Alburnia crushing is looking splendid, and will give over two ozs. to the ton. The Caledonian last evening and this morning have brought up a a large quantity of rich specimens. The new reef in the Golden Crown is likely to prove very valuable. A quantity of rich specimens has been brought up this morning, and it is anticipated that the ordinary stuff will yield about four or five ounces to the ton. The reef is apparently going direct for the Cure boundary. There is still a demand for Cures and Red Queens, consequent on the new find in the G-olden Crown, and parcels have changed hands at an advance on yesterday's quotations.
