Theatrical.—A. new drama, by Mr. Walter Cooper, illustrative of Australian life, in a certain phase, twenty years ago, will be produced at the Prince of Wales Theatre on Saturday next. Those who have had an opportunity of reading it, speak highly of its dramatic construction, language, and effects. —During the past week Mr. and Mrs. Gt. Darrell have been giving, with success, a series of dramatic readings, coupled with other entertainments, at Puramatia and Windsor.—A private letter received hero states, on the best authority, that it 13 the intention of Mr. Walter Montgomery to shortly re-visit Australia, making his first appearance in this city.—Sydney Emjrire.
