The-Gringforthe General Government prizes was resumed at half-past nine o'clock, at the beautiful range at Ouo-trce Hill. Present: — Col. Harrington, in commarul j Major Tisdalc, mvinmomi of "N'rj. a-Bquucl j M ajov^Gordon, No. 1 ; Capt. Carey, No. 3, and dipt. J. M. Clark, No. 4. The following were in charge of the butts : —Ensign Harrison, No. 4 target; Sub-Lieut. Wliitson, No. 2 ; Cornet Matson, No. 3 tai-got"; Lieut. Somervillo, No. 1. Officers present,:-«-Adjutant Suell, Dr., Wright, Cavalry. Corporal Kclley, Cavalry^ acted as orderly.
The first prizes of the day were the sixth sot.
First prize, £40 ami K. N. V. medal; second prize, £30 and silver medal; third prize, £20' and silver rnedsil j fourth prize, £15; fifth, prize, £10 ; sixth prize £8.
