DUDLEY V. OALDER. To the Editor of tho Evening Stab
Sir, —In your report of the above caso in yesterday's issue, the impression would be conveyed to tho public that it was a personal accouut incurred for my own hotel expenses that I was sued for. Such is not tho case. The cntiro debt was incurred by Mr. John Anderson, of tho Wniwera, and. the judgment against me has been given on account of my having introduced him to the house. No portion whatever of this debt of £18 lfis, w;is contracted by me cither for drink or otherwise.
