NAPIER.

February 22.—An inquest on the fire was held last night, and an open verdict returned. — A rifle-match was fired to-day between Napier and Wungauui, twelve members each. The ranges were 400, 500, and 600 yards, five shots at each range. Wanganui made 476, and Napier 4*>2, Btubbs of Napier scored 48 points.
