WELLINGTON.
February 24.—The cricket match between Wanganui and Wellington created great interest. The weather was beautiful. Wauganui scored 103 during first innings, and 46 during their second innings ; Wellington scored 64 first innings, and 21 second innings. When *the stumps were drawn Wellington had one wicket to go down. Wanganui won in first innings.
