liiis building was lull on Saturday night; there being present besides a crowd of smaller notables, His Foyal Highness the Duke of Edinburgh, His Excellency and Lady Boweii and suite, and a large number of the officers of the three war ships in harbour. The Honorable Mr. Fork appeared in " Hamlet" commencing with tho third act, and His impersonation was eminently successful. He wps also ably supported. The drama (emasculated) " the Isle of St. Trapez" followed, and the performance concluded with " The Area Belle." In this farce the drollery of Lieutenant^Fitzgcorge, as the policeman, and the spirited action of the other performers kept the audience in one continuous fit of merriment.
