POINT EUSSELL CASE.—JUDGMENT FOE PLAINTIFF.
The crushing of ten tons from the Harbour View, Coromandd, is completed with the splendid result of 83 ozs. retorted gold. The Mount Pleasant have got 5 ozs. from their last, crushiug. In the case of Hart v. Point Enssell G.M.C. The assessors have given judgment for plaintiff with costs, and ordered to flume the creek.
