The plaintiff not having the Court fees, the case was put back, when the defendant lent the plaintiff the hearing fees. A nonsnit was recorded.
John Cole and Co. v. Matthew Barry. —Cluim, £5, for cash lent. Mr. Kissling for the defendant. The defence Was that the money had been paid. A nonsuit was recorded.
