The notice paper for to-day contains, among things of less importance, the question of the continuation of the Onehunga Branch Railway to the Bluff, the consideration of the report on the Albert Barracks Reserve, the further consideration in committee of the Fijian Steam Service, and of the Education and Highways Bills; and the second reading of the Fducation Beserves Management Bill, and the Kaipara Bail way Bill; also also the proposal for the erection of a signal station on Tiritiri. The financial statement will be laid before the Council.
