Cases Adjoubned.—Schultz v. Knight, £4 (£1 2s 2d paid into Court) ; Whitson and Co. v. Home, £9 Is 6d. DEFENDED OASES. B. Mabtelti t. Bodgebs and Maetell t. E.ODGERS.- —Thi3 case was heard last Court day. Judgment was given for the £5 claimed by the second plaintiff, on payment of which the goods held as a lien are to be given up. Waltees and West t. Clarke.—Claim £20, for damage done to certain cattle. Mr. J. B. Russell for the plaintiff. Mr. Beveridge for the defendant. This case was heard last Court day. The legal gentlemen having addressed the Court, judgment was reserved.
