Drunkenness. —W. Burns for a second offence was fined 10s and costs, or to be imprisoned 48 hours with bard labour. Vagrancy.—Thomas Best and P. Ryan pleaded not guilty to having played an unlawful game at the Exchange Hotel. Remanded till Tuesday, in order to take the case at the same time as the charge against Simeon Full for a like offence. Ryan was admitted to bail on his own recognisances for £5. Abusive Language.—Honorah Hamilton was charged by Mjrgaret Clarke with this offence, and, failing to appear, a warrant was issued for her apprehension.
