POLICE COURT.—This Day.

(Before T. Beckbam, Esq., R.M.) DRUNKENNESS. James Kennedy nnd John George were charged with the abore offence, and each fined ss. and costs, or to be imprisoned 48 hours with hard labour. William Swanson Avas ordered to pay a fine of 10s. and costs for a second offence, Avith the usual alternation. Jnmes White pleading guilty to the charge of having been drunk and disorderly, was ordered to pay a fine of 2 Ds. and costs, or to be imprisoned i'or 48 hours witk hard labour. The Court then rose.
