REPORTED LOSS OF 1000 SHEEP.

Besides the above report of the loss of human life at Aberdeen, there, was another rumour afloat, to the effect that Mr. Rodd, of Singleton, had lost 1000 head of sheep ; and, considering the great number of dead sheep that have been observed to pass down the river, there can be little doubt of the substantial accuracy of the report. The Circuit Court, which was holding its sittings at East Maitland, adjourned till tomorrow (Tuesday) in consequence of the flood, and the inability of some of the witnesses to attend the Court.
