MINING BOARD.
The first meeting of tho Mining Board was held at 10 o'clock to-day, in the new C ,urtroom, Queen-street, Grahamstown. There were present all the members of the Board, viz. .—Messrs. D. Grove, M.P.C, Alexander Hays, E. H. Power, A. D. McTavish, W. S. Greenville, W. B. Henderson, P. Nolan. Mr. Grove was unanimously elocted Chairman, and Mr. Power was elected Secretary.
